The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Divided Into 3 Parts: Part 1 - Repair And Maintenance Of Rooms In Buildings 4, 5, 6 And 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract For Parts 1-3 • Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Parts 1-3 • Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Bills Of Quantities Works For Parts 1-3, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of General Construction Works, The So-Called Manual Workers, I.E. In Particular In The Scope Of: For Part 1: Renovation Works, Including: Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Plastering Works, Works Related To The Installation Of Tile Coverings: Floors, Walls, Works Related To The Installation Of Joinery. For Part 1, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract Before Concluding The Contract In The Amount Of: 5% Of The Total Price Given In The Offer Or The Maximum Nominal Value Of The Ordering Partys Obligation Arising From The Contract, If The Offer Is To Include Unit Prices In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).
