The Scope Includes The Construction Of An Overlay On Existing Bituminous Surface And Construction Of A New Road Surface Structure In Places Where The Road Was Widened To A Standard Width Of 5 M And In Places Where The Road Surface Was Restored After The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, In Addition, Construction Of A Concrete Pavement, Construction Of Bus Bays With A Bituminous Surface, Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate And Reconstruction Of Existing Exits. Cleaning And Maintenance Of Existing Culverts. Construction Of A Storm Sewerage System. Scope Of Works To Be Performed: - Earthworks And Preparatory Works, - Demolition Works, - Removal And Protection Of Greenery, - Construction Of A Bituminous Road, Intersections, Public Exits With Access Roads, Individual Exits, Bus Bay And Restoration Of The Surface After The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, - Construction Of Sidewalks And Roadsides, - Edge Elements - Curbs And Edges, - Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes And Valves, - Finishing Works, - Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings - Hybrid Led Lamps, - Bus Shelters, - Organization Of Target Traffic, - Organization Of Temporary Traffic, - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Consistent With The Design Documentation Prepared By Irdro Stanisław Szymczuk, Ul. Aleja Sosnowa 29, 55-114 Ligota Piękna. Note: The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer Cost Estimate Along With The Offer (Appendix No. 1B). Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration Adopted, This Cost Estimate Will Only Be An Auxiliary And Informational Document. It Will Be Used By The Ordering Party In Particular To: 1) Verify Whether The Offer Does Not Contain An Abnormally Low Price In Relation To The Subject Of The Order (In Accordance With Art. 224 Of The Public Procurement Law); 2) Make Settlements In The Event Of A Need To Change The Contract In Accordance With Art. 455 Pzp And § 14 Of The Draft Contract; 3) Valuation Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Pzp (Repetition Of Similar Works), If They Are Awarded. The Lump Sum Remuneration Covers All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including All Expenses Necessary For Its Full Implementation In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Foresee All Circumstances That May Affect The Lump Sum Remuneration. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Requesting A Change In The Lump Sum Remuneration.
