1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Optical And Electrical Characterization Of Solar Cells And Organic Light-Emitting Diodes, Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment Or Device, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 To Swz.2) The Offered Equipment Should Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025) And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used On In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 3) The Software That Is Part Of The Subject Of The Order Cannot Violate The Law, The Legally Protected Personal Or Property Rights Of Third Parties Or The Rights On Intangible Goods, In Particular Copyrights, Related Rights, Rights In The Registration Of Industrial Designs And Protection Rights For Trademarks. 4) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of The Device Along With Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Online Training In The Use Of The Device. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide Free Technical Service During The Warranty Period. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz.6) Order Completion Date: Up To 90 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.7) Other Requirements Are Included In The Swz.
