4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Water Rescue Services For The Błękitna Swimming Pool At Ul. Geodetów 54 In Wyszków, Including: 1) Ensuring The Safety Of People Using The Supervised Area, 2) Performing All Duties Specified In The Scope Of Duties Of A Rescuer, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 9 To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of Tasks And Working Hours Of The Swimming Pool Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Swz. Safety Conditions Must Be Ensured On The Basis Of The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas And Legal Acts Issued On Its Basis. The Swimming Pool Includes: 1) A Six-Lane Sports Pool With Dimensions Of 25 M X 12.5 M And A Depth Of 1.85 M X 1.35 M, 6 Starting Posts. 2) Recreational Swimming Pool With Dimensions Of 21 M X 8 M And A Depth Of 0.9 M X 0.6 M, Water Curtain, Slide 40 M Long. 3) Hot Tub. 4) Two Dry Saunas. 5) Pool Lift For Transferring Disabled People. 6) Rescue Equipment. The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended) Along With The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts. The Estimated Demand For Rescuers Working Hours During The Order Execution Period Is Approximately 5,450 Hours (Approx. 10,900 Working Hours To Be Secured). The Ordering Party Requires That The Number Of Lifeguards To Ensure Water Rescue Services In The Błękitna Swimming Pool At Ul. Geodetów 45 In Wyszków Amounted To 2 Rescuers During One Shift. Water Rescue Services Are Provided: 1) From Monday To Saturday From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M.; 2) On Sundays And Selected Holidays From 7:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Opening (Operating) Hours Of The Błękitna Swimming Pool. Working Hours, Their Number And The Number Of Rescuers Are Estimated Values ​​And As Such Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims During The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quantity For Economic Reasons, Failures Or Other Situations Beyond The Ordering Partys Control.
