The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1318L On The Strzyżew - Aleksandrów Section From Km 8+620 To Km 11+935 In The Scope Of: - Regulation Of The Legal Status Of The Boundaries Of The Road, - Preparation Of Design Documentation For All Industries To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works And To Announce A Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of A Class Z Road, Including Strengthening And Correction Of The Geometry Of The Road And Shoulders (Road And Asphalt Shoulders) And Other Road Elements, Excluding The Railway Area, And Improvement Of The Road Surface And Sidewalks (Including Curbs) On The Bridge Structure On The Krzna Południowa River. An Indicative Plan Showing The Location Of The Investment Task Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Documentation Is Required Both To Obtain A Permit To Perform The Works From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, As Well As To Conduct The Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract For Construction Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Of A Schedule Of Design Works Specifying The Deadlines For The Preparation Of Individual Components Of The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Opinions, As Well As Arrangements Required By Law, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract; 2) Development Of A Land Development Concept. As Part Of The Concept, It Is Necessary To: • Describe The Existing Condition And Prepare A Drawing Of The Existing Normal Cross-Section; • Present A Preliminary Design Of Land Development And Road Surface Construction Along With Cross-Sections In Characteristic Places; • Identify Any Collisions; Designed Line Demarcating The Road Strip And Temporary Occupancy;5) Preparing A Surveying Project For The Division Of Real Estate For The Implementation Of A Road Investment For Purposes Related To Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision) - 5 Copies;6) Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes To The Extent Necessary To Develop A Construction Design;7) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Investor, A Decision On Environmental Conditions, Water Law Decisions, Derogations From Applicable Regulations, If Any Required;8) Obtaining Consent On Behalf Of The Investor To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment, Developing A Project Enabling Their Felling In The Field;9) Obtaining An Opinion On Behalf Of The Investor In Accordance With Art. 11B And 11D Of The Act Of April 10, 2003
