1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Protection Of Nature And Biodiversity In The Miasteczko Śląskie Commune In The Design And Build Formula. The Project Involves Comprehensive Development Of The Zandka Water Reservoir In Miasteczko Śląskie, Taking Into Account Ecological Aspects And Natural Conditions For Individual Groups Of Aquatic And Water-Related Organisms. The Investment Includes A Number Of Activities Aimed At Creating A Harmonious Environment Favorable To Local Fauna And Flora. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Included In The Functional And Utility Program For The Project Entitled: Protection Of Nature And Biodiversity In The Miasteczko Śląskie Commune Together With An Estimated List Of Works Prepared By Wci Technologie Sp. Z O. O., Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.I. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) The Provision Of Design Services Consisting In: A) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Guided By The Functional And Utility Program, The Solutions Of Which Will Be Adapted To The Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations And The Received Technical Conditions, As Well As The Preparation Of An Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit. If, In The Course Of Preparing The Design Documentation, The Soil And Water Conditions Make It Impossible To Foundation Some Facilities, The Ordering Party Allows Minor Changes In The Development Plan; B) Preparing A Dendrological Inventory (As Part Of The Design Stage), C) Making All Required Technical And Formal And Legal Arrangements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Obtaining The Required Permits On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, D) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Within The Scope Specified In The Provisions Of Environmental Protection Acts, In Particular: The Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025) R., Item 647, As Amended), Nature Protection Act Of 16 April 2004 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13), Act Of 21 August 1997 On Animal Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580), E) Carrying Out Environmental Supervision By An Ichthyologist During The Process Of Cleaning The Reservoir Or A Selected Zone In The Reservoir (Bioremediation).2) Execution Of Construction Works - The Scope Of Works Should Be Performed Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, After Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party And Approval, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program For The Project Entitled: Protection Of Nature And Biodiversity In The Miasteczko Śląskie Commune.3) In Accordance With According To The Content Of The Functional And Utility Program, The Selection Of Vegetation And Land Development Segments Must Be Made By An Entity Specializing In The Design Of Green Areas, In Particular Water And Waterside
