Subject Of The Order: Improving The Tourist Accessibility Of The Górno Commune In The Design And Build Formula, A) As Part Of The Task, The Following Elements Will Be Designed And Constructed: - Tourist Information Point With Internal Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Electrical, Lighting, Monitoring, Along With The Necessary Infrastructure And Energy-Saving Lighting Supported By Electricity From Photovoltaic Panels, - Connections, - Hardening The Area, - Elements Of Small Architecture - A Shelter For Pedestrians And Cyclists, A Self-Service Bicycle Repair Point, Bicycle Racks, Benches, A Waste Bin, A Tourist Information Board, - Marking Of Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Trails In The Górno Commune. The Planned Arrangement Of Development Elements Of The Investment Area Is Presented In Drawing Pfu-01 Site Plan. This Functional And Utility Program Is The Basis For:• Preparation Of A Tender Offer By The Contractor,• Carrying Out The Procedure For Selecting The Contractor In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, • Concluding An Agreement With The Selected Contractor For The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works. The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. Design And Construction Works1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Develop Design Documentation And Obtain The Building Permit Required By Law, - Carry Out Construction Works.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Construction Works Described In The Documentation, Including The Functional And Utility Program, Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement. The Performance Of Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Documentation Does Not Require The Conclusion Of A Separate Agreement. 3.
