The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Works In The Session Hall And Foyer Of The County Office In Piła, Including Equipment And Improvement Of Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 2. The Task Includes Construction Works In Building A Of The County Office In Piła In The Session Room (With An Area Of 178.67 M2) And In The Foyer (With An Area Of 61.14 M2) On The First Floor. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Preparation And Protection Of The Work Area; 2) Demolition Works; 3) Installation Of A Fire Alarm System And Fire Doors With Increased Smoke Resistance Class; 4) Construction Of Wooden Wall Coverings, Radiator Casing Elements, Parquet Flooring And Suspended Ceilings,5) Taking Into Account Improved Accessibility For People With Special Needs - Including: By Creating Places For People In Wheelchairs, Adjusting The Width Of Passages, Rebuilding The Platform;6) Replacing The Central Heating Installation Risers. And Radiators;7) Installation Of Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations;8) Replacement Of Electrical Installations;9) Equipment - Including, Among Others, Tables.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Session Room Of The District Office In Piła, 1St Floor, Aleja Niepodległości 33/35, 64-920 Piła.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Construction Manager And Specialist Works Managers To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Details Of Industrial Works Managers Immediately Before Concluding The Contract.6. Guarantee And Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 36 Months (The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).7. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.8. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Producers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Serve Only To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties Of The Technical And Operational Requirements Set Out In The Technical Documentation For A Given Type Of Solutions, They Are Not Binding And Should Be Treated As The Designers Proposals. They Do Not Bind The Future Contractor To Use Them. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials With Technical And Operational Parameters Corresponding At Least To The Parameters Of The Materials Proposed In The Design Documentation.
