1. The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part 1 Includes The Maintenance And Maintenance Of Water Facilities In The Southern Part Of The City Of Gdynia.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Continuous Maintenance, I.E. 24 Hours A Day, Throughout The Duration Of The Order, Of The Patency Of The Channels Carrying The Water Covered By The Maintenance. 2) Ensuring The Completeness Of The Services Provided, I.E. A) Cleaning Of Solid Contaminants From Beds, Ditches, Run-Off Channels, Grates, Outlets, Culverts, Piped Sections, Ponds, Roads And Operational Sites; B) Desilting Of: Channels On The Given Sections And Culverts Listed In The Tables; C) Mowing The Lichens Described Below Also Means Raking Them, Transporting Them And Disposing Of Them Twice A Year (In June/July And September/October)* In All Places Specified In Section Ii And On Other Sections Of Slopes + In Places (Not Listed In Section Ii) Additionally Indicated By The Ordering Party And On The Date Set By Him, With An Area Of Approx. 2,000 M2; * In The Event Of Drought, Specific Months Of Mowing After Agreement With The Ordering Party; D) Mowing The Lawn By The Kacza River At Ul. Spacerowa (Along The Retaining Wall) And At The Źródło Marii Stream Along The Fence Of The Property At Ul. Źródło Marii 10 - Once Every Two Months During The Growing Season; E) Trimming The Fascine In The Places Specified In Section Ii And In Other Places Additionally Indicated By The Ordering Party And Within The Time Set By Him - 1000 Mb; F) Removal Of Waste And Mown Lichens Within Two Days Of Their Collection (Export To The Companys Own Temporary Waste Storage Site Is Allowed) And Transfer To The Place Of Their Management, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard; G) Inspection And Maintenance Of Flood Embankments And Earth Dams Of The Krykulec, Karwiny, Wiczlino-Szkoła, Bypass And Zielenisz Reservoirs;H) Maintenance Of Safety Barriers And Their Repair (If Necessary);I) Inspection Of Pedestrian Footbridges And Reporting To The Employer Of Identified Irregularities;J) Repair, Maintenance And Painting Of Fences Of Specific Facilities (Gates, Posts, Steel Mesh), Grates On Culverts And Barriers;K) Replenishing Padlocks (In Sand Trap Fences, On Barriers, On The Railings Of The Karwiny, Wiczlino-Szkoła, Obwodnica, Zielenisz Retention Reservoir), Handing Over 1 Set Of Keys To The Ordering Party;L) Repairing, Cleaning And Painting Existing Information Boards And Posts, If Necessary (After Theft Or Devastation), Replacing The Boards With New Metal Ones;M) Setting Up New Information Boards (Metal) On Posts, With Content And In Places Specified By The Ordering Party - 3 Pieces During The Order Execution Period, Repairing And Painting Them As Necessary; N) Inspection Of Water Gauges, Piezometers, Benchm
