A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Bills Of Quantities And Design Documentation. Due To The So-Called Cost Estimate Settlement Of Works. Contractors Valuations Are Based On The Attached Bill Of Quantities Of Works. Design Documentation Is An Auxiliary Element That Is To Be Used By Contractors To Prepare Their Offer Correctly And Reliably. The Ordering Party Allows And Even Encourages The Inspection After Prior Written Expression Of Such Willingness By Interested Parties. Then, The Ordering Party Will Place Information About The Date Of The Inspection On The Bip Website Of The Imielin City Hall In The Substantive Procedure Tab. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element That Is To Be Used By The Contractors To Prepare The Offer Correctly And Reliably.3. The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Will Be Carried Out Based On A Building Permit.4. The Order Covers The Execution Of The Entire Scope Of Works By The Contractor Based On The Design Documentation And Obtaining Any Arrangements, Acceptances, Permits And Designs Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order. The Costs Of Obtaining All Permits And Decisions Are Covered By The Contractor.
