1. Subject Of The Order: Development Of Municipal Areas Including The Construction Of Recreational Shelters. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: 1) Part Of The Order No. 1 - The Subject Of The Order For Part I Is The Development Of The Municipal Area Behind The Firefighters House In Tarce As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Development Of The Municipal Area Behind The Firefighters House In Tarce (Including Fs Tarce) The Works Included In The Scope Of The Order Include: Construction Of Shelters 3.0 X 4.0 M (4 Pcs.) With Equipment (Tables), Construction Of A Shelter 15.0 X 10.0 M With Equipment (Tables), Grill, And Electrical Installation, Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements (Concrete Benches, Baskets For Garbage) And Construction Of A Beach Volleyball Court With The Installation Of Posts, A Net And Playing Lines. The Property Is Located In Tarce, Jarocin Commune, On A Plot With Registration Number 17/3. The Plot Covered By The Study Is Currently Undeveloped. The Investment Is Intended To Be Implemented In Accordance With The Building Permit (Decision No. 37/2026 Of February 10, 2026 Issued By The Starosta Of Jarociński). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented: 1. Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Land Development Design Developed By Pracownia Konforma Sp. Z O. O., Which Includes: • Technical Description For The Land Development Project, • Drawing Part. B) Technical Design. C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 2. Offer Cost Estimate. The Works Described Above Were Included In The Offer Cost Estimate And Are Subject To Valuation By The Bidder. The Task Was Partially Co-Financed By The Tarce Village Fund.
