1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment Including 3 Business-Class Portable Computers With Increased Performance For Graphic Applications. The Equipment Will Be Used For Office, Administrative, Analytical And Specialized Graphic Work. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: - Business Class Portable Computer (15.6) - 3 Pieces. If, When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101, Section 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed. In The Event That In The Description There Will Be Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In The Subject Of The Order, They Should Be Understood In Accordance With Article 99, Paragraphs 5-6 Of The Public Procurement Law, That This Is Justified By The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract With Sufficiently Precise Descriptions. In Such Circumstances, The Ordering Party Allows For The Submission Of Equivalent Solutions In The Offer, Indicating That The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By Equivalent Solutions Are Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers, Including The Solutions/Materials, Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Assess The Equivalence Of The Materials Used On The Basis Of Documents Issued Or Published By The Manufacturer Of The Given Material. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Appropriate Documents Confirming That The Proposed Equivalent Materials Are Not Inferior To The Materials. Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Obtaining The Ordering Partys Consent For Their Introduction. 2. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order - Zamek Ujazdowski Center For Contemporary Art, Ul. Jazdów In Warsaw. 3. On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out A Site Visit Of The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Tender Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Subcontractors Companies, If They Are Already Known.
