The Delivered Car Should Have A Set Of Documents To Be Registered In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic, I.E.: 1) Sales Invoice, 2) Service Book In Polish, 3) Approval Certificate, 4) Warranty Documents, 5) Technical Sheets Of The Tractor And Accessories.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That The Delivered Vehicle, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Brand New, Unused, Ready For Work, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Has Not Been Previously Registered.4. The Vehicle Being The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Technical Parameters And Equipment Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Volume Ii Of The Swz).
