Part 1 Psychological Counseling In The Form Of Individual Meetings With A Psychologist In The Amount Of 488 Hours (1 Hour = 60 Min) - Individual Classes The Aim Of Psychological Counseling Addressed To Children And Adolescents In Foster Care And To People With Disabilities Is To Provide Specialized Support Aimed At Strengthening Personal Resources, Developing Emotional And Social Competences And Improving Functioning In The Family And Social Environment. The Support Is Aimed In Particular At: Reducing The Effects Of Traumatic And Crisis Experiences, Building A Sense Of Security And Self-Esteem, Developing The Ability To Cope With Difficult Emotions And Supporting The Process Of Adaptation To Changing Life Conditions. In The Case Of People With Disabilities, Counseling Also Includes Activities That Strengthen Independence, Agency, And Communication And Social Competences, Taking Into Account The Individual Needs And Capabilities Of Participants. The Implementation Of Counseling Contributes To Counteracting Social Exclusion, Supports The Process Of Social Integration And Increases The Chances Of Project Participants To Participate More Fully In Social And Educational Life.
