The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Securing The Patient With A Defibrillating Vest In The Field Of Protection Against Sudden Cardiac Death (Sca), Which Includes Providing The Patient With A Full Set Of Devices Along With The Ability To Access Selected Data In The Monitoring System For The Attending Physician. 2. The Service Includes, Among Others: 1) Securing The Patient With A Defibrillating Vest (Delivery Of The Vest To The Ordering Party And Training); 2) Patient Training And, If Necessary, Re-Training In Wearing And Using The Vest (At Least 2 Training Sessions Should Be Included In The Price);3) Activation And Introduction Of The Patient To The Monitoring System;4) Replacement Of Equipment In The Event Of A Fault (At No Additional Cost To The Patient And The Ordering Party);5) Technical Support Hotline, Available 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, To Provide Support To The Patient;6) Collection Of The Device After Completion Of Use. 3. Components Of The Vest (Device) (The Device May Have More Elements): 1) Defibrillation Vest Monitor; 2) Belt With Ecg Electrodes And Defibrillation Electrodes; 3) 2 Batteries; 4) 2 Fabric Shirts (Harnesses) In Patient Size; 5) Battery Charger; 6) Data Transmitter; 7) Monitor Case.4. The Device Records The Following Data:1) Ecg Records;2) Heart Rate;3) Heart Sounds;4) Body Position;5) Physical Activity Level;6) Physical Activity Time;7) Time Spent Wearing The Device.5.
