1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Ski Lift With The Possibility Of Alternative Use Of The Infrastructure In The Summer In Szczecinek At Mikołaja Reja Street., Including In Particular: 1) Design Concept, 2) Construction Design; 3) Executive Design; 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 5) Bill Of Quantities; 6) Cost Estimate Investor. Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Design Documentation.2. The Design Documentation Will Be Developed On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor, Which Specifies The Functional, Technical And Quality Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order And Constitutes A Binding Basis For The Development Of The Design Documentation. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Prepare Design Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Year-Round Recreation Zone, Taking Into Account The Possible Construction, Reconstruction Or Collision Of Existing Networks, Connections And Installations Of Technical Infrastructure.3. The Scope Of Preparation Of The Design Documentation Includes In Particular: 1) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions - If Obtaining It Is Required Under Applicable Regulations - Together With The Development Of A Report On The Impact Of The Project On The Environment, If Necessary; 2) Obtaining A Current Basic Map Or A Map For Design Purposes, Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource; 3) Obtaining A Water Permit Or Submitting A Notification - If Required By Law; 4) Developing A Preliminary Design Concept And Obtaining, After Conducting Consultations With The Ordering Party, Accepting The Final Version Of The Concept, Including In Particular The Descriptive Part, Functional, Geometric, Structural And Material Solutions, Internal And External Installations, Land Inventory And Land Development, 5) Development Of The Complete Information Necessary To Submit An Application For A Building Permit, 6) Development Of A Construction Design And Executive Designs In The Following Industries: Architecture, Construction And Construction, Road And Installation (Networks, Installations And Devices: Telecommunications, Gas, Water Supply, Sewage, Electrical And Power Engineering) - 5 Copies; 7) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities According To Knr - 2 Copies; 8) Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection - In Cases Required By Law - 5 Copies; 9) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 3 Copies; 10) Preparation Of A Detailed Investor Cost Estimate - 3 Copies 11) Preparation Of Professional Architectural Visualizations, Created On The Basis Of A Model High Detail: A) High Level Of Photorealism; B) High Resolution Min. 1920X108
