The Object Of The Task Is The Contemporary Redesign Of The Areas In The Competition Area. The Measure Is Funded By Urban Development Funding. As Part Of An Overall Concept, Additional Suggestions For An Urban Development And Structural Engineering Update Should Be Submitted In An Idea Section. The Competition Area Is Centrally Located In Lauterecken And Is Flanked By Heterogeneous, Mature Development, Traffic Areas And The Glan In The South. The Total Budget (Cost Index As Of 2026) For The Project (Implementation Part) Is Approx. 2,424 Million Euros Gross Or Approx. 2,036 Million Euros Net For The Kg 500. Due To The Important Location In The Lauterecken Urban Area, The Task Includes, Among Other Things, The Creation Of A Master Plan For The Planning Area With A Contemporary Design Language In Order To Be A Positive Example For Further Future Developments Within The To Create An Urban Area. This Opens Up Perspectives For The Urban Development Of Lauterecken As A Whole. A Lively Place Of Diversity Should Be Created That Reflects Local Color And Has Unique Selling Points.
