Programming Services Of Application Software – Reconstruction Of The Vjp Manipulator - Mapp-400. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Snf Manipulator - Mapp-400, Used For Handling Spent Nuclear Fuel (Snf) In The Nuclear Facility Intermediate Spent Fuel Storage Facility (Jz Msvp). The Mapp-400 Manipulator Is Classified In Safety Class Iii And In Accordance With The Decree Of The Nuclear Surveillance Office Of The Slovak Republic (Újd Sr) No. 431/2011 Coll. On The Quality Management System, The Újd Sr Has Developed And Approved The Quality Plan Of The Selected Facility And The Schedule Of Operational Inspections. The Subject Of The Reconstruction Will Be: • Preparation Of The Implementation Project Documentation (Pd) Of The Reconstruction, • Preparation And Updating Of The Documentation According To Annex No. 1, Letter C, Points A) To G), I), Q), S) For The Approval Of Changes To The Nuclear Facility (Jz) In Accordance With § 2, Letter W And Subsequently To The Approval Of The Change In The Scope Of Akv Implementation (Active Testing) And Putting Into Operation Jz According To Act No. 541/2004 Coll. And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws As Amended, • Preparation Of Documentation For The Approval Of The Implementation Of A Change Significant From The Point Of View Of Radiation Protection In Accordance With § 32, Par. (3), Letter A) And Preparation Of Documentation For The Permit To Operate According To § 28 Par. (1) Letter A) Of Act No. 87/2018 Coll. On Radiation Protection And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws As Amended, • Update Of The Affected Operating, Process Documentation And Other Smk (Quality Management System) Documentation Affected By The Change, • Development Of A Detailed Work Implementation Schedule, • Development Of Pkv (Pre-Complex Testing) And Kv (Complex Testing) Programs, • Production, Supply And Installation Of Switchboards And Plc (Programmable Logic Controller), • Creation Of Visualization, Supply Of Service Pc (2 Pcs), Monitors (2 Pcs), • Establishment Of An Ergonomic Operator Workplace (For 2 Persons) Consisting Of Service Tables And Chairs, On Which Monitors With Visualization And Camera Systems Will Be Placed, • Supply And Installation Of Mar Devices (Measurement And Regulation) - Sensors, Converters And Drives, • Supply And Installation Of Relevant Cabling (Control And Power), • Supply And Installation Of Camera Systems (System Guidance And Overview Cameras), • Replacement Of Main Drive Units (6 Pcs) And All Absolute Position Sensors (6 Pcs), • Performance Of Pkv, Kv, Akv Tests (Active Testing) And Their Evaluation, • Training Of Operating Personnel, • Development And Delivery Of Dsv (Documentation Of Actual Execution) And Std (Accompanying Technical Documentation). As Part Of The Pd, It Is Required To Develop And Submit A Separate Pd Solution For Industrial Cyber Security In Accordance With The Iec 62443 Standard. When Developing The Pd And The Subsequent Implementation Of The Mapp-400 Cyber Protection, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account Special Security Measures, As This Information Is Considered Classified Information According To The List Of Classified Facts Within The Scope Of The Újd Sr. For This Reason, It Is Necessary To Comply With All Conditions For The Protection Of Classified Facts, The Rights And Obligations Of Legal
