The Works Are Partially Financed According To The Regional Measure For The Implementation Of The 2021-2027 European Union Funds Investment Program No. 10-001-06-01-03 (Re) Promoting Sustainable Mobility In Cities. The Name Of The Project Is Establishment Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On Chemijos Street, Project No. 22-105-P-0001. Description: The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out, Hand Over And Complete The Capital Repair Work On Chemijos St., Kaunas, Within The Terms Of The Work Performance And Construction Completion Set In The Contract, In Accordance With The Work Execution Schedule, Under The Conditions Set In The Contract, According To The Prepared Technical Work Project (Kaunas City Chemijos Streets, Capital Repair Kaunas City Project) And To Provide The Necessary Engineering Services For The Works, To Install A Permanent Information Board, As Provided In The Contract, And To Correct The Defects Identified After The Deadline For The Performance Of The Works. .
