The Maintenance Involves Sandblasting, Painting And Transport Of Approx. 400 Containers Over A 4-Year Period. The Framework Agreement Covers Both Containers And Footbridges, But Under One The Term Containers Is Used. The Estimated Value Of The Agreement Amounts To Dkk 5,600,000.00 The Total Maximum Value Of The Agreement Amounts To Dkk 6,600,000.00 The Estimated Maximum Value Is An Expression Of The Clients Estimate, And The Value/Quantities Are Thus Indicative, And The Supplier Is Not Guaranteed Any Minimum Turnover. The Agreement Is Not Exclusive. For A More Detailed Description Of The Services Offered, Reference Can Be Made To The Requirements Specification, Which States The Requirements That The Services Must Meet. The Agreement Is Not Divided Into Sub-Agreements, As The Contracting Authority Considers That A Division Entails A Risk Of Different Suppliers Being Awarded The Agreements, Which Will Necessitate Cooperation Between The Suppliers, Which May Entail A Risk To The Stability And Functioning Of The System.
