Payment Of The R.M.N. System With The Field Intensity Of 1.5 T, It Will Be Done In 12 Equal Monthly Installments. The Payment Of The First Installment Will Be Made From The Date Of Receipt Of The Product (Supply, Installation And Commissioning). The Deadline For Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Personal Training Is A Maximum Of 60 Days From The Receipt Of The Order From The Contracting Authority. The Training Of The User Personnel Will Be Mandatory Within 5 Calendar Days From The Commissioning Of The Device. A Product Is Considered Delivered When All The Activities Within The Contract Have Been Carried Out And The Product/Equipment Is Installed, Works At The Agreed Parameters And Is Accepted By The Contracting Authority/Entity. The Minimum Warranty Period Granted To The Equipment Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Product. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
