This Announcement Initiates The Preliminary Competition. 3. The Personal Information Requested From Applicants Will Be Processed And Stored As Part Of The Procurement Process (Data Protection Clause). The Information Is A Prerequisite For Consideration Of An Application/Offer To Participate. A Corresponding Information Sheet On The Processing Of Personal Data Is Attached To The Tender Document. 4. Following The Participation Competition, The Selected Applicants Will Be Asked To Submit An Offer Based On The Tender Documents. 5. The Applicants/Bidders Will Be Provided With Further Project Information And The Award Criteria In The Tender Documents. The Essential Procurement Documents Can Be Accessed From The Beginning Of The Procedure Via The Specified Procurement Platform. 6. The Client Reserves The Right To Conduct The Negotiations In Different Successive Phases In Order To Reduce The Number Of Offers To Be Negotiated Based On The Specified Award Criteria. Those Bidders Who Are Not Initially Shortlisted Will Not Be Immediately Excluded From The Process, But Will Be Placed On Hold. These Bidders Remain Bound To Their Offer And Retain The Opportunity To Make An Improved Offer If It Turns Out That The Bidders Who Were Initially Shortlisted Cannot Be Awarded The Contract - For Whatever Reason.
