The bidder must attach a valid certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming that the bidders fie is not suspended for any of the violations listed in Article 10 of Law No. 6 of 2010 concerning work in the private sector. Bids not included with this certificate will be rejected The bidder must also attach a clearance certificate from the Ministry of Bectndty. Water, and Renewable Energy confirming the bidder is free of any outstandng electricity and water debts. Bids not included with this certificate will be rejected.
