Sandnes Municipality, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Is Preparing The Procurement Of A Framework Agreement For The Shredding Of Paper Waste. The Agreement Includes The Deployment Of Lockable Containers For The Collection Of Confidential Paper. The Client Needs The Deployment And Collection Of Containers And The Safe Shredding Of Their Contents. This Applies To All Municipal Units That Have Such A Need. The Agreement Does Not Cover The Collection And Shredding Of Electronic Waste. As Of Today, Collection Containers Are Deployed At Approx. 70 Units In The Municipality. The Municipality Mainly Rents Containers Of 240 Litres, As Well As Some Containers Of 660 Litres. These Are Emptied Approx. 2 Times Per Year On Average, But This Can Vary Significantly Between The Various Units. The Estimated Annual Value Of The Acquisition Is Nok 130,000 Excluding Vat. This Gives A Total Contract Value Including Options Of Approx. Nok 520,000 Excluding Vat. 1.2 Purpose Of The Market Survey The Client Wants To Have A Good Dialogue With The Market So That The Competition Can Be Carried Out In The Best Possible Way.
