You Can Apply For The Procurement System As A Bidder For The Entire Systems Validity Period By Submitting A Participation Application. The Candidate Can Submit A Participation Application To The System, Even If All The Products Mentioned Above As Examples Are Not Included In The Candidates Product Selection. Applying To The System Does Not Mean Direct Participation In Procurement. Only Candidates Accepted Into The System Have The Right To Make Offers During The Procurement Phase.
