The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Design Documentation (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) C) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz) 3. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 60 Months From The Day Following The Day Protocol Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. 4.
