Construction Work - Repair And Maintenance Of The National Road Network Within The Boundaries Of The City Of Plovdiv. The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Repair And Maintenance Of The National Road Network Within The Boundaries Of The City Of Plovdiv, Within The Time Limit Agreed With The Contractor And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer And The Bulgarian Construction Legislation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works By The Contractor: - Preparation, Coordination Of A Project And Introduction Of A Temporary Organization During Construction If Necessary. - Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Required And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications (Construction Materials, Including Asphalt Mixtures, Products, Elements, Details, Sets, Etc.). - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests. - Participation In The Construction Acceptance Procedure - Acceptance - Handover Protocol To Establish Qualitatively Executed Construction And Assembly Works. - Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Periods Determined By The Public Procurement Contract In Accordance With The Offer. - The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Activities Under The Public Order Is No Longer Than 15 Calendar Days. Repair Works Include: • Preparation, Coordination Of A Project And Introduction Of A Temporary Organization During Construction If Necessary; • Milling Of The Existing Asphalt-Concrete Pavement Up To 4 Cm And 12 Cm, And It Is Necessary To Provide For The Necessary Regulation Of The Curb After Laying The Asphalt Layers; • Restoration Of A Base Layer Of Crushed Stone With A Thickness In Accordance With The Road Class In Places Determined By The Contractor; • Laying A Reinforcing Mesh With Glass Threads In The Areas Of Bus Stops And Stop Lines, At Intersections, Pedestrian Traffic Lights And Additionally In Places Determined By The Contracting Authority; • Laying Of Bituminized Crushed Stone With A Thickness In Accordance With The Road Class In Places Determined By The Contractor; • Laying On The Entire Milled Area A Layer Of Non-Dense Asphalt Concrete (Binder); • Laying On The Entire Milled Area A Wearing Layer Of Asphalt Concrete Type A With Polymer-Modified Bitumen With A Thickness Of 4 Cm; • Patching Of Asphalt-Concrete Pavement With A Thickness Of 4Cm, 6Cm And 8Cm; • Demolition And Sorting Of Curbs, Loading And Transport Up To 20 Km; • Making New Vibro-Pressed Curbs; • Raising And Aligning Existing Curbs In Order To Reach The Required Level; • Delivery And Installation Of Anti-Parking Elements; • Restoration Of Horizontal Marking From Thermoplastic Paint With Reflective Beads, Incl. All Costs Related To This - White • Delivery And Installation Of Covers For Inspection Manholes With New Cast Iron, Locking And Self-Levelling With The Logo Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv, Incl. Raising Or Lowering The Level; • Replacement Of Grids For Street Drains With New Cast Iron Lockable 300X500m
