The Customer Requests Equipment For The Implementation Of The Following Tests: High Temperature Reverse Bias (Htrb), High Temperature Gate Bias (Htbg), High Humidity High Temperature Reverse Bias (H3trb). The Device Must Allow The Implementation Of All Three Tests Continuously For At Least 1000 Hours Within One Test. The Device Must Include A Measuring System And A Climate Chamber. Htrb Test Must Be Possible At 3.3 Kv Voltage Between Source-Drain, Or Collector-Emitter. Due To The Time Requirement Of The Test, The System Must Be Able To Measure 80 Power Modules Simultaneously. The Climate Chamber Must Be Able To Regulate Humidity And Temperature In The Range Up To 90°C And At The Same Time The Temperature At 0% Humidity Up To 180°C.
