Event Services – Comprehensive Organization, Conducting And Moderation Of Networking Meetings Between Provincial Coordination Teams And Public Benefit Organizations.. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Organize A Series Of 16 One-Day Networking Meetings (Hereinafter: Meetings) In Each Voivodeship, Aimed At Exchanging Experiences, Strengthening Cooperation And Integration Of Wzk Activities With Opp And Other Institutions Involved In The Development Of Lifelong Learning. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Conducting/Moderating Meetings Networking The Activities Of The Provincial Coordination Teams With Public Benefit Organizations In Accordance With The Program Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Ensure Comprehensive Organization Of Networking Meetings (Hereinafter: Meetings) For Each Of The 16 Groups, One Group In Each Voivodeship, Including: • Recruitment Of Participants For Each Meeting And Evaluation After Each Meeting, • Development Of A Substantive Program For Each Meeting, • Substantive Conducting/Moderating Each Meeting For At Least 6 Teaching Hours Each Meeting, • Provision Of Hotel Service During Each Meeting, • Reception Service During Each Meeting, • Restaurant Service During Each Meeting, • Development Of Substantive Materials For Each Meeting Covering The Topic Of The Meeting And Taking Into Account Local Solutions In The Field Of Coordination Of Lifelong Learning And Cooperation And/Or The Role And Tasks Functioning In A Given Region (Including Printing And Transport Of Materials To The Meeting Place), • Preparation Of A Substantive Report On The Course Of Each Meeting, • Packaging Service Of Materials During Each From The Meetings, • Preparation Of Information And Promotional Materials (Including Their Transport To The Meeting Place And To The Ordering Party), • Photography Service During Each Meeting (As Part Of The Coordinators Tasks), • Appropriate Marking Of The Meeting Place In Accordance With The Guidelines For Information And Promotion Of European Funds For 2021-2027.
