Separate Position No. 10 Will Be Assigned In The Order Of Its Respective Individual Value On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, By Direct Assignment Of The Designated Position On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Civil Code And In Connection With Art. 7 Of Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Execution Of The Delivery Under Separate Item No. 10 In The Order Of The Individual Value Acc. Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
