The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Carry Out Periodic Deliveries Of Annual, Biennial And Perennial Flowers, Interior Plants, Decorative Shrubs And Trees And Other Materials - For Landscaping /Flowering/ Of Representative Parts Of The Town Of Sliven, Including Of Parks, Inter-Block Spaces And Other Categories Of Green Spaces. The Technical Characteristics Of The Planting Materials Are Detailed In The Attached Technical Specification. Deliveries Are Divided According To Their Nature Into Three Distinct Items, Including As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Supply Of Flower Seedlings For One-Year, Two-Year And Interior Flowers, Grass Mixtures, Chim And Other Materials; Separate Position No. 2 - Supply Of Ornamental Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses And Perennial Flowers, Bulbs And Materials For Strengthening Trees; Specific Item No. 3 - Delivery Of Annual Summer Flowers The Contracting Authority Will Assign Separate Item 3 Delivery Of Annual Summer Flowers In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value - 25,510.91 Euros Without Vat, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Law On Public Procurement. The Estimated Individual Value For Specific Position No. 3 Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. Motives: The Condition Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop - The Value Of Separate Item No. 3 – Eur 25,510.91 Without Vat Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 3 Represents 9.53% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, I.E. It Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. Bidders May Submit A Tender Only For Specific Item No. 1 Supply Of Flower Seedlings For Annual, Biennial And Interior Flowers, Grass Mixtures, Chim And Other Materials And Specific Item No. 2 Supply Of Ornamental Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses And Perennial Flowers, Bulbs And Tree Strengthening Materials. ​​​​​​​
