The Design, Delivery And Installation Of Renewable Energy Installations In Public Buildings In The Białaczów Commune Includes, In Particular: 1) Development Of Design Documentation (Obtaining The Legally Required Decisions Of The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, Including: Notification Of Construction Works, Building Permits, If Required, And Other Decisions, Permits, Arrangements, Notifications Required By Law), 2) Implementation Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Pfu Goals, 3) Installation Of Heat Pumps With Pellet Boilers, 4) Installation Of Hot Water Tanks, 5) Installation Of Buffers, 6) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage Facilities And Preparation Of A Notification To Connect The Micro-Installation With Energy Storage Facilities To The Power Grid Of The Regional Dso, 7) Laying Of Pipes And Their Insulation, 8) Modernization Of The Electrical Switchgear And Connection Of Devices, 9) Installation Of An Automation System And Management System, 10) Testing Of The Installation And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Equipment, 11) Commissioning The System And Adjustments, 12) Performing All Work Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Installation, 13) Training Users On The Principles Of Proper Operation Of The Installed Devices, 14) Leaving The Condition Of The Building, Including The Façade And Installation Elements, In A Non-Deteriorated Condition. 4.3. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed By The Contractor Is Described In The Pfu, Which Constitutes (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) An Integral Part Of The Swz.
