Integration With The Existing Corporate Systems Of The Government Of The Canary Islands That Are Necessary. Design, Training And Implementation Of At Least 15 Humanized Avatars With Ai. With Layers Of Specialization, Learning Intelligence And The Ability To Capture Information In Interactions With Users. The Design, Generation And Implementation Of A Multimedia Library With A Base Catalog Of Content In Multiple Formats. The Training Of User Administrators And Operators Of Both Central Services And Social Services Centers. The Support And Corrective, Evolutionary And Preventive Maintenance From The Entry Into Production Of The First Content And During The 6 Months Of The Contract. The Design, Layout And Construction Of, At At Least 30 Diverse Digital Contents (Including Digital Materials Such As Infographics, The Production Of Specific Chatbots Specialized In Different Subjects, Specific Videos Depending On The Subjects That Are Determined, As Well As Others That Are Determined) More Specifically, The Object Of The Content Management System Will Be: The Creation And Centralized Management Of Content Through A Decoupled Content Manager (Headless Cms) With Templates, Approval And Programming Flows. The Orchestrated Distribution Of Content To A Maximum Network Of 517 75-Inch Screens With Internal Computer, Now Available And Owned By The Ministry, Segmented By Type Of Center And Location.
