The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Who Relies On The Abilities Or Situation Of Entities Providing Resources, On The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Of The Public Procurement Law, Presenting In Relation To These Entities The Means Of Evidence Listed In Section 6.1 Point 2 Letter A)-D) Swz. 3. In The Case Of Economic Operators Jointly Competing For A Contract, The Contracting Authority Shall Require From Each Of These Economic Operators The Means Of Evidence Listed In Section 6.1 Point 2 Letter A)-E) Swz 4.
