Services Provided By Extra-Territorial Organisations And Bodies – Procurement Of Microsoft Ea. Nkom Currently Has A Csp Agreement For Its Need For Microsoft Licences And Azure Consumption. Based On Direct Dialogue With Microsoft And Our Own Assessments Of Our Needs Going Forward, We Have Concluded That It Is Appropriate To Move Forward With The Procurement Of An Ea Contract As A Replacement For The Current Csp Agreement. Tenderers Are Requested To Sketch How They Envisage On-Boarding The Current Licences And Components. An Overview Of The Products Is Currently Attached. Licenses Have Recently Been Changed To Renewed Monthly In Order To Make A Transition To The New Contract Easier And We Currently Have 3 Months Notice On The Existing Supplier. Licences That Have Not Gone Through A Renewal In The Last Couple Of Months Will Continue To Have An Annual Renewal Distributed Throughout 2026. The Financial Limit Is Estimated To Nok 50 Million, With An Upper Limit Of Up To Nok 75 Million Excluding Vat. The Contract Will Be Valid For 4+1+1 Years (Options). Nkom Envisages Suitable Standard Contracts That The Tenderer Uses For These Types Of Deliveries.
