Obligations Of The Tenderer (Winning Applicant): - At The Time Of Commencement Of The Public Service, The Applicant Must Have A Declaration Of Acceptance Issued By Mezőföldvíz Kft., In Which He Confirms That He Accepts The Delivered Wastewater From The Applicant. - The Applicant Must Declare That, In Connection With His Waste Management Activities, He Has Not Committed Any Violations Of The Law Established In A Legally Binding Court Decision In The Previous Two Years. - He Has The Necessary And Valid Environmental Protection Authority Permit And Registration Certificate For The Activity To Remove, Transport, And Dispose Of Non-Publicly Collected Domestic Waste Water From The Utility Replacement Structure. - The Tenderer Must Have - At The Latest At The Time Of The Start Of The Public Service - The Necessary Official License For The Provision Of The Public Service And Vehicles, Machines And Tools In Appropriate Technical Condition. - With The Number Of Staff Necessary For The Provision Of The Public Service - And Trained In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Relevant Legislation. - Existence Of Registration, Information, And Data Management And Data Provision System. - To Provide Public Services, You Must Have At Least A Telephone-Based Customer Service. It Undertakes The Operation Of A Customer Service System In Connection With The Use Of Public Services, Where Complaints, Notifications And Comments Can Be Made. Telephone Customer Service Must Be Provided 5 Times A Week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. - The Tenderer Must Have Professional Liability Insurance, Which He Is Obliged To Maintain With Continuous Payment Of Premiums During The Term Of The Contract. - The Winning Tenderer Must Display The Companys Logo, Name And Address On The Vehicles Used During The Service. - During The Activity, The Collected Domestic Wastewater Must Be Transported In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Pollution Or Spillage. In Case Of Spillage, It Is The Responsibility Of The Person Who Caused The Pollution To Remove The Contamination And Disinfect The Contaminated Area. To Avoid An Emergency Situation, You Need To Ensure Technical Conditions. - To Provide The Service Min. 2 Sniffer Vehicles With A Tank Volume Of 6M3 Or More Are Required. Per Vehicle Min. A 30 Fm Sniffer Hose Must Be Provided. - He Is Obliged To Keep A Continuous Record Of His Activities, Which Contains At Least The Following Data: Name Of The Property Owner, Address Of The Property, Date Of Order, Amount Of Waste Water, Amount Of Public Service Fee Invoiced According To The Decree (Paid By The Property Owner) - The Property Owner Is Obliged To Perform The Service At The Time Agreed With The Applicant Within 72 Hours Of The Order. - It Is Mandatory To Issue A Delivery Note To The Property Owner/Customer Upon Emptying. - In Special Cases, You Can Use A Fulfillment Assistant, Who Must Have The Appropriate License To Carry Out The Activity.
