Lock Renovations Will Be Implemented In Twelve (12) Properties Located In Vantaa Owned By Vav. The Locking System To Be Implemented Is Self-Powered, Remotely Controlled, Protected, Adaptable And System-Based Locking, The Goal Of Which Is To Ensure A High Level Of Key Security For The Property And Its Users. All Key Sockets And Keys Are Electromechanical And The Basic Operation Of Both Of Them Without Clock And Time Features Must Take Place Without An External Power Source Such As Rechargeable / Replaceable Batteries Or Batteries. All Locks, Including Furniture Locks, Must Be Able To Be Programmed Into The Same Lock So That The Same User Key Works In All Locks If Necessary. If Necessary, The Keys Must Be Given A Unique Stamp, Which Can Be Used To Distinguish The Keys In The Key Management Software. Time-Controlled / Time-Limited Doors Will Be Equipped With Readers, Enabling Identification. Either A Key Or A Separate Identifier Can Be Used As The Identifier. The Access Identifier Must Be Firmly Connected To The Key Of The Locking System, And Both Must Be Possible To Create From One Software. The Quantity And Equipment Lists Attached To The Offer Are Indicative And We Ask For An Offer For The Product In Question Or Something Similar. If The Property Requires A Broadband Connection With A Sim Card For The Lock, This Purchase Will Be Made Through The Subscriber. In The Offer, We Also Ask For A Price For The Locksmiths Hourly Work.
