The Dictation Decoding Service Must Have A Cloud-Based (Saas) Dictation Management System And Related Workstation And Mobile Applications Used To Record The Dictation. The Dictation Service Will Be Integrated Into Fimlabs Lis (Whitelake Software Points Labvantage Medical Suite). The Dictation Service Must Be Produced In Finnish And Swedish. The Dictation Decoding Service Must Recognize The Medical Terminology And Vocabulary Used In Specialized Nursing Care, As Well As Foreign Words Related To The Context. The Dictation Decoding Service Must Be Produced On Weekdays (Mon-Fri) Between 08:00 And 18:00 According To Fimlabs Needs. The Dictation System Must Be Available 24/7. The Users Of The Dictation Decoding Service Are Employees Of The Pathology Unit, The Main Users Being Pathology Doctors. Not All Doctors May Use The Service Right Away During The Implementation Phase, But They Should Have The Opportunity To Join As Users Of The Service Later. The Service Must Include The Maintenance, Technical Support, User Support And A Sufficient Number Of User Rights Related To Using The Dictation System And Producing The Demolition Service. Approximately 50,000 - 60,000 Statements Are Directed To The Demolition Service Per Year.Speech Recognition Solution The Speech Recognition Solution Is Purchased As A Cloud Service (Saas Service) And The Acquisition Also Includes Implementation, Use And Support Services.
