1Tender advertisement can be viewed on both the PPRA and PSPC websites (www.ppra.org.pk and www.pspc.gov.pk), whereas the complete tender document containing a detailed description of the assignment and other terms and conditions is available on EPADS at www.epads.gov.pk 2Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instruction provided in tender document must be submitted by using EPADS 2.0 on or before above-mentioned date & time. Manual bids will not be accepted. The e-bids will be opened on the given date and time by using EPADS 2.0.3The Bid Security must be in the shape of pay order / demand draft (cheque will not be entertained) in favor of Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd.. The scanned copy of Bid Security is to be submitted through EPADS 2.0 and Bid Security in original is to be dispatched to PSPC and same must reach before Bid submission deadline. Non-submission of Bid security before bid submission deadline will lead to rejection of bid then & there. 4Bidder(s) must fill all the required fields. Non-compliance will lead to the rejection of the bid then and there. PSPC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid / proposal or award of contract.5Bid will be evaluated technically as per our specification / BOQ / requirement and terms & conditions of the tender documents.6Bids will be opened using EPADS 2.0 in presence of the bidder(s), who desire to attend. Conditional / incomplete bid document will not be considered.
