Information Security And Data Protection:• Log Data And Event History• Management Of Retention Times And Screening Data• Interoperability Interfaces And Documentation Must Be Available• Ensuring The Protection Of Integrity, Availability And Trust • Role- And User-Rights-Based Access To Data • The Solution Must Meet The Requirements Of Eu And Finnish Data Protection Legislation. User Features: • Efficient Search Functions And Metadata Search • A Clear And Accessible User Interface For Users • The Possibility Of Previewing Documents And A Screen Suitable For Official Use • Support For Mass Transfers And Deletions In A Controlled Manner. Technical Implementation: • Interfaces (E.G. Rest/Json, Xml, Odata) • Support For Api-Based Integration With Dynasty 10.5• Scalable And Environment-Independent Architecture (Cloud/ Hybrid/ On-Premises)• Location Of Servers In The Eu/Eea Region• Clear Technical Documentation And Interface Descriptions• Preparation For Long-Term Storage (Formats, Migrations, E.G. Sapa Transfers, Integrity Of Entities). Reporting And Analytics:• Standard Reports (E.G.
