The Contract Site Is Located In Söderkulla, Sipoon, North Of Kvartsitie. The Completed Construction Project Includes: Construction Of Kvartsikuja And The Related Municipal Technology, As Well As The Construction Of The Adjacent Lp Area And The Storm Water Line Leaving The Lp Area In Accordance With The Plans. In Addition, The Contract Includes The Demolition Work Of The Light Wooden Shed Under The Street, The Removal Of The Demolition Waste, And The Final Disposal With Costs. Waste Is Sorted According To Official Regulations And Waste Certificates Are Delivered. The Demolition Permit/Notification Is Handled By The Customer. The Client Will Deliver Separate, Pre-Prepared Test Results For Harmful Substances Concerning The Building. The Contract Is To Start In May 2026 And Be Completed By November 30, 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is An Overall Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor In The Position Of The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And Finnish Legislation. The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. The Developer Is Sipoo Municipality, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Basis Of Payment Is The Total Price Determined On The Basis Of The Contract (Contract Price). The Contractor Can Carry Out Part Of The Work With Subcontractors Approved By The Customer. The Customer Does Not Allow Chaining Of Subcontracts. The Customer Has The Right To Reject A Contractor Who Has Not Submitted The Required Reports Before Starting Work Or Who Is A Subcontractor Of A Subcontractor.
