Ablanovo, Opaka Municipality. The Road Section, Part Of The V Class Street, Is Located In The Urbanized Territory Of Gorsko Ablanovo Village, Opaka Municipality In A Hilly Terrain. The Design Speed Is 40 Km/H. Situationally, The Section Is Located In A Curve, And In Terms Of Level, A Longitudinal Slope, Descent (In Increasing Mileage). The Traffic Lane Has Two Lanes: 2 X 3 M. - Width 6 M. And Sidewalks: Left - 1 M.; Right 1.5 M. Construction Of The Existing Pavement: • Wearing Layer Of Dense Asphalt Concrete Type A - 4 Cm.; • Non-Dense Asphalt Concrete - 4 Cm; • Bituminized Crushed Stone - 8 Cm; • Unsorted Crushed Stone - 45 Cm. Road Iii-202 Ruse Border - Ablanovo-Krepcha-Opaka-Popovo From Km 38+365 To Km 52+553 Was Repaired Under The Regional Development Operational Program - Stage V - Lot 54, In The Period 2013/2014, And In The Following Years, Maintenance Was Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Program For Ongoing Repair And Maintenance Of Road Infrastructure Agency. A Huge Amount Of Water From The Above-Described Section, During Heavy Rainfall, Drains Through The Lowest Point And Undermines The Embankment, The Road Structure And The Entire Slope Of The Gully With A Height Of About 15-17 M. From November 2024 To The End Of April 2025, Especially After The Winter Season And Heavy Rainfall, Often With High Intensity In The Section Of The Surface Water Drain Is Activated Collapse. The Concrete Block Of The Culvert, The Curbs And The Cap Have Failed. The Bench Is Completely Missing And There Is A Collapse Of Its Base With A Length Of About 10-12 M. The Road Surface Is Undermined, With Cracks And Subsidence, As The Cavern Apparently Reaches 1.00-1.50 M Inward From The Edge Of The Surface At A Depth Of About 1 Meter. A Collapsed Section Of The Embankment /Ravine/ Along The Slope To The Ravine Was Formed With A Height Of About 15-17 M, A Width Of 3-8 M And A Length Of About 25-30 M.
