Seminar Organization Services – Organization Of Conferences With Partners Of The Domain.Pl Registry. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing A Conference For Partners Of The.Pl Domain Registry At The Royal Łazienki Park In Warsaw For A Minimum Of 50 And A Maximum Of 70 Participants, Hereinafter Referred To As The Conference, Including: 1) Provision Of Catering, Including Coffee Breaks And Lunch; 2) Organizing A Gala Dinner; 3) Organization And Implementation Of An Accompanying Attraction After The Conclusion Of The Substantive Part Of The Conference; 4) Providing Promotional And Advertising Articles (Gift Gadgets) For Conference Participants; 5) Providing Prizes For The Competition Leaders, I.E. Companies Operating On The Domain Market For The Past Year, In Various Categories. 2. Promotional And Advertising Items (Gift Gadgets) Will Be Provided In The Quantity And On The Terms Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz-Sopz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz. The Final Number Of Gift Gadgets Depends On The Number Of Conference Participants And Will Be Provided To The Contractor Within 5 Business Days Before The Start Of The Conference. Gift Gadgets Must Comply With The Zero-Waste Principle Applied At Nask-Pib, I.E. All Advertising Materials Must Be Produced From Recycled Ecological Materials. Prizes For Leaders Will Be Provided In The Quantity And On The Terms Specified In The Sopz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Order Completion Date: The Contract With The Contractor Is Concluded For The Duration Of The Conference, Which Takes Place In Warsaw On April 21, 2026, And The Contract Is Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion To 10 Business Days From The End Of The Conference (I.E. From April 22, 2026 Inclusive). Detailed Implementation Deadlines For Individual Activities Under The Contract Are Indicated In The Sopz. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Conducting Negotiations In Order To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice. 6. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine (Oj Eu No. L 229 Of 31/07/2014, P. 1), As Amended By Regulations 2022/57 And 2025/2033, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation 833/2014, It Is Prohibited To Award Or Continue To Perform A Public Contract For Or With The Participation Of: A) Russian Citizens, Natural Persons Residing In Russia Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Based In Russia; (B) Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Whose Ownership Rights, Directly Or Indirectly, Belong To More Than 50% Of The Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A). (A) Or (C) Natural Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Acting On Behalf Of Or Under The Direction Of A Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A).
