Powstańców Śląskich 3 In Nowy Targ.2. Scope Of Renovation Works On Pedestrian Routes At Ul. The Nicolaus Copernicus University Will Consist In: 1/ Construction Of The Edge Of The Sidewalk In The Form Of A Concrete Edge, 2/ Construction Of The Surface Of Pedestrian Routes, 3/ Construction Of A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes, 4/ Construction Of A Green Area, 5/ Construction Of Places For Elements Of Small Architecture (Benches), 6/ Construction Of A Drainage System Which Includes: A) Sewage From Double-Row Concrete Cubes, B) Storm Drains, 7/ Demolition Works, 8/ Height Regulation Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure, 9/ Land Reclamation. ​ 3. Scope Of Renovation Works On The Pedestrian Route At Ul. Powstańców Śląskich Consists Of: 1/ Making The Edge Of The Entrance In The Form Of A Concrete Curb, 2/ Making The Edge Of The Sidewalk In The Form Of A Concrete Edge, 3/ Making A Pedestrian Route Surface, 4/ Making A Surface Of Concrete Cubes, 5/ Making Green Areas, 6/ Making Places For Elements Of Small Architecture (Benches), 7/ Making A Drainage System Which Includes: A) Sewage Made Of Double-Row Concrete Cubes, B) Rainwater Inlets, 8/ Demolition Works, 9/ Height Adjustment Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure, 10/ Land Reclamation. ​ 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By Mr. Piotr Kowalczyk Running A Business Under The Name Kw Projekt With Its Registered Office At Ul. Podhalańska 4/29, 34-400 Nowy Targ.5. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Offer For This Procedure, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount. The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed, With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of A Given Operation And Necessary For Its Implementation. 2/ The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Sst And In Compliance With The Conditions Resulting From The Technical Standards For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 3/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, 4/ All Necessary Materials With Certificates Quality Declarations Or Declarations Of Conformity Confirming Use In Construction Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring The Related Costs), 5/ The Contractor Will Design And Approve The Change In Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Will Make And Install Appropriate Mar
