1. The Subject Of The Order Is Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Municipal Stadium In Izbica Kujawska.2. The Execution Of The Order Includes: The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: 1. Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building - Insulation Using The Light-Wet Method With A 20 Cm Thick Layer Of Eps Polystyrene Or Mineral Wool Boards. 2. Insulation Of Walls Buried In The Ground With Xps Extruded Polystyrene Boards. 20 Cm.3. Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Polystyrene Boards Laminated On Both Sides With Roofing Felt Or 25 Cm Thick Mineral Wool Boards.4. Replacement Of Existing, Worn Windows With New Pvc Framed Windows With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Of U = 0.9 W/M2k. 5. Replacing The Existing External Doors With New, Insulated Ones With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Of U = 1.50 [W/M²k].6. Carrying Out The Necessary Accompanying Works In Order To Maintain The Durability Of Thermal Modernization Works: • Roof Sheet Metal Work, • Replacement Of The Entire Gutter And Downpipes, • Replacement Of External Window Sills, External Roller Shutters Along With The Necessary Painting Works (After Replacing The Windows And Doors), • Raising Chimneys By The Thickness Of The Flat Roof Insulation (25 Cm), • Replacing Plasters And Caps On Chimneys, • Removing The Attic From One Of The Buildings Side Street Sportowa, Due To The Penetration Of Water Into The Building, • Installation Of Glass Canopies Over The Entrance Doors, • Appropriate Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Lightning Protection Installations. The Scope Of Works Included In The Project Does Not Change The Function Of The Building And Its Rooms And Does Not Cause Any Changes That May Affect Their Purpose. As A Result Of The Designed Works, The Size Parameters Of The Windows Will Not Change. The Project Does Not Envisage Any Interference With The Structure Of The Building. The Building On Which The Removal Of Attics Is Planned Should Be Equipped With An Installation Photovoltaic.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Place A Permanent Information Or Commemorative Board At The Place Of Implementation Of The Investment In A Manner Clearly Visible To The Public.
