The Scope Of Works Includes: - Renovation And Development Of The Viewing Square (Including Flower Pots, Pergolas, Frame Structures For Photos), - Small Architectural Objects, Such As A Bench, Chairs, Waste Bins, Tables, Bicycle Rack, - Reconstruction Of Part Of Fire Street (Including Demolition). Existing Surface With Substructures And Permanent Traffic Organization), - Renovation Of A Fragment Of The Sidewalk And Bicycle Path, - Fence (Including Dismantling The Existing One), - Renovation Of Existing Retaining Walls At Ul. Firefighting, - Monitoring Installation, - Decorative Lighting Installation, - Construction Of A Water Supply Network, - Greenery Development. The Project Assumes The Creation Of A Relaxation Area And Improving The Quality Of Access To It. Its Main Point Is The Viewing Square Located Right Next To Lake Frydek. The Previously Unused Area Is Planned To Be Modernized To Create A Public-Friendly Space. Therefore, Seats, Chairs And Tables Have Been Designed In The Square, Which Will Provide Both A Place To Relax, But Also To Work, E.G. At A Computer. The Space Will Be Separated With Decorative Walls, Which Will Create A Somewhat Private Space For Users. Additionally, Pergolas Have Been Designed Here, Which, Covered With Plants, Will Provide Protection Against The Sun And Rain.
