The Subject Of The Order Includes The Comprehensive Construction Of A Warehouse Building With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, On Plot No. 91, District 5-04-08 In Warsaw, In Accordance With The Decision On Building Permit No. 279/Srd/Pb/2025 Of September 16, 2025 And Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Informs That The Plot At Ul. Jaracza 5, Used By The Ateneum Theater, Is Leased From The Capital City Of Warsaw And Has An Electrical Connection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of Construction Works (If Necessary) And Obtain The Necessary Approvals. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enable The Employer To Use The Parking Lot On The Jaracza 5 Plot During The Execution Of The Order, To The Extent That It Does Not Interfere With The Work Being Carried Out. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Protect Existing Building Elements Against Destruction And Remove Waste On An Ongoing Basis (Cleaning The Site). The Surface Of Concrete Slabs And Markings Of Parking Spaces Should Be Recreated After The Works Related To Laying Underground Cables To The Designed Street Lamps. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Organize The Construction Site In A Way That Allows Proper And Timely Performance Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement, And Obtaining Possible Consents To Occupy The Area Under The Control Of The Capital City. Warsaw Or Other Entities To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order. All Equipment And Materials Dismantled By The Contractor During Demolition Works Shall Be Returned To The Ordering Party, Unless The Ordering Party Decides Otherwise. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Protection Of Property Located On The Construction Site From The Date Of Taking Over The Construction Site To The Date Of Handing Over The Facility For Use. The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Material And Financial Schedule Prepared By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines. The Contractors Obligations Will Include Preparing As-Built Documentation Together With An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Completing All Formalities Related To The Completion Of The Works, Including Reporting Their Completion And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit In The Event Of Such An Obligation Under Applicable Law. Warranty. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty. The Warranty Is A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers And May Be Extended. Employment Under An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party Specifies That All Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order At The Construction Site Are To Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or His Subcontractors Under An Employment Contract. This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works On The Employers Plot, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers.
