Task I - The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Related To Maintaining The Efficiency Of The Fuel Infrastructure In Accordance With Art. 2 Section 2 Of The Act Of December 21, 2000 On Technical Supervision In The Scope Of Preparation For Carrying Out Supervision Tests In The Field Of External And Internal Inspection Of Fuel Tanks, Flexible Hoses And Inspection Of Measuring Instruments (Calibration). The Proceedings Are Marked With The Case Number (Reference Number): 7/26/P. Contractors Should Refer To This Symbol In All Contacts With The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In This Swz And: • The Offer Form Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz; • Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz - For Task I • General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz - For Task I • Schedule For The Preparation And Performance Of Regulatory Tests For Task I Constituting Annex No. 10A To The Swz; • Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1B To The Swz - For Task Ii • General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2B To The Swz - For The Task Ii• Schedule For The Preparation And Performance Of Regulatory Tests For Task Ii, Constituting Annex No. 10B To The Swz; The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts Of The Order (Tasks) For Which The Contractor May Submit An Offer. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For 1 Or 2 Parts Of The Order (Tasks). The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, Which Means That The Contractor May Submit An Offer For The Full Scope Of 1 Or 2 Parts Of The Order (Tasks). All Annexes Constitute An Integral Part Of This Tor. Supervisory Tests Of Equipment For Task I Are To Be Performed In The Presence Of The Inspector Of The 1St Military Technical Supervision From Warsaw. After Completing The Regulatory Tests, The Wdt Inspector Will Issue Decisions Authorizing The Use Of The Equipment, And The Contractor Will Issue A Service Acceptance Report.
