1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System And A Technological Channel As Part Of The Task Construction Of Owocowa Street In Wągrowiec - Stage I. The Investment Is Located On Plots No. 1698/3, 1697/15, 1698/10, 1697/9, 1716/6 And 1703, Wągrowiec Registration District. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Should Be Performed On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Starosta Of Wągrowiec No. 146/23 Of May 4, 2023, In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Measurement Works For Linear Earthworks; 2) Measurement Works For Linear Earthworks; 3) Excavations And Open Trenches; 4) Formation Of Embankments; 5) Construction Of The Main Collector Of The Rainwater Drainage Network Made Of 160 Mm Pvc Pipes; 6) Construction Of Street Sewage Wells With A Diameter Of 500 Mm Together With Cast Iron Manholes; 7) Construction Of Inspection Wells Together With Manholes;8) Construction Of Cable Ducts Made Of Rhdpe Pipes;9) Construction Of Prefabricated Skr-1 Cable Wells;10) Removal Of All Collisions Encountered During The Works;11) Obtaining All Arrangements And Final Acceptance Protocols From The Network Operators In Connection With The Works Carried Out On Them;12) Obtaining A Pinbu Certificate Of No Objection To The Works Performed - If Such A Document Is Required;13) Securing And Marking The Area Of The Works Carried Out Works14) Development And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Both Social And Environmental Aspects, Apply Technologies That Reduce The Negative Impact On The Environment, The Level Of Pollutant Emissions, Noise, Consumption Of Water, Electricity, Heat And Fuel, And Waste Generation.4. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Following Activities Taking Into Account Environmental Aspects: 1) Management And Disposal At Its Own Expense And Risk Of Demolition Materials, I.E. All Materials And Equipment Resulting From Demolition Works, Etc., And Waste Materials. These Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Generally Applicable Local Regulations;2) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Cause Devastation Of The Area Around The Constructed Facility;3) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Required Technical And Operational Conditions;4) Conducting Selective Collection Of Waste Generated During Construction Works (Rubble, Packaging, Insulating Materials) And Transferring Them Only To Entities With Appropriate Permits;5) Security Construction Site From Contamination Of Soil And Water (E.G. Proper Storage Of Materials And Fuels);6) Storing Materials And Equipment Without Creating Communication Obstacles;7) Segregating Waste Generated By The Contractors Employees (Segregation At A Minimum Level: Paper/G
