C) Verification Of The Demand For Utilities: Water, Electricity, Gas, Sewage. D) Preparation Of A Construction Design With Annexes (Pzt, Ab, Pt) E) Preparation Of Design Documentation (Design) Implementation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities Together With A List Of Materials And The Investors Cost Estimate And As-Built Cost Estimate).F) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, Decisions On Approval Of The Construction Design And Building Permit, Occupancy Permit Decisions.G) Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Above Design Documentation.H) Preparing As-Built Documentation.I) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facilities.3.
